About the role
The role is responsible for conducting user research to inform product development and improving user experiences through usability testing.
- Conducts user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Develops and implements usability testing plans
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product design
Requirements
Experience in user research and usability testing is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Must have a valid security clearance.
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Skills
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods is essential.
- Expertise in usability testing tools and techniques
- Knowledge of human-computer interaction principles
- Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
