UX Researcher (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Execute qualitative user research and data synthesis to translate complex human behaviors into actionable product insights.
• Formulate data-driven proposals and research findings to guide strategic decision-making and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate with senior researchers and stakeholders to identify critical user needs and eliminate design roadblocks.
• Analyze baseline product metrics and user trends to maximize business impact and optimize the end-to-end user experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applied user research experience in a professional, non-academic setting.
• Proficiency in UX research methodologies, systems thinking, and the product development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of distilling qualitative data into powerful, user-centric storytelling that drives product improvement.
• BA/BS degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related scientific/engineering field.

Pay

Compensation Range: $72.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule

Contract, Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday & Friday remote)
