UX Researcher

About the role
Our eCommerce team is committed to making Uline.com the easiest place to do business. As a UX Researcher, you’ll uncover valuable customer insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape digital experiences that meet customer needs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn research into action and influence decisions across our growing North American company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user research strategies across Uline’s customer‑facing eCommerce channels and internal applications.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including market and competitive analysis, to identify user needs and opportunities.
- Create test plans, deliverables, and presentations to communicate insights and guide business decisions.
- Partner with UX Designers, business teams, and stakeholders to develop user‑centered solutions based on research.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience (UX) Design/Research, Psychology, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Anthropology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of UX research experience.
- Experience facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Excellent analytical, time‑management, and communication skills.
