UX Researcher

In this role, you will lead a growing research team, develop standards for responsible and accessible research, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Your work will directly influence high-priority initiatives across client platforms and enterprise AI projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research programs to drive strategic product and operational decisions.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of researchers while establishing best practices and standards for research excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
- Ensure research methodologies adhere to privacy, accessibility, research ethics, and responsible AI practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in UX, design, or customer research, with a proven track record of building or scaling research functions.
- Methodology Expertise: Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods tailored to complex enterprise platforms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead research teams, set standards, manage external research vendors, and foster an inclusive culture.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to align research insights directly with product, service, and enterprise strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting complex data to executive audiences and cross-functional partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
- Compliance & Ethics: Working knowledge of research ethics, data privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in HCI, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience conducting research on AI-enabled, conversational, predictive, or automated user experiences.
- Background in operational sectors such as facilities management, workforce technology, or real estate.
- Experience unifying research, market intelligence, product analytics, and operational data into cohesive insight systems.
