About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing responsive websites and applications (including prototyping and wireframing) using tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver, JustInMind, Balsamiq, WebFlow, Pega, Sketch, and/or Invision
- Planning and conducting user interviews and/or usability testing and using the data collected to inform design
- Leading teams to design responsive websites and web-based applications using tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Adobe Dreamweaver, JustInMind, Balsamiq, WebFlow, Pega, Sketch, and/or Invision
- Leading teams to planning and conduct user interviews and/or usability testing, and use the data collected to inform design
- Knowledge and application of the User-Centered Design process
Requirements
Current civil service employees would, therefore, be given new appointments to the civil service. Under the provisions of the Direct Hire Authority, Veterans Preference and the "Rule of Many" do not apply.
