UX Lead / Product Designer - Product Experience Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a UX Lead / Product Designer to drive product experience, UX strategy, and user-centered design across digital products. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to create intuitive and scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and product design from discovery through launch.
• Define UX strategy, user flows, information architecture, and design direction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistent product experiences.
• Mentor designers and promote UX best practices.

Skills

• UX/Product Design and Interaction Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma/FigJam.
• User research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Design systems and component-based design.
• Information architecture and user-centered design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG/accessibility principles.
• Experience working in Agile product environments.
