UX Engineer- Level II

Qualifications

Mandatory:

• More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a UX Engineer.
• Seven or more years of experience in UI/UX engineering on the full life cycle of design deliverables including wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, storyboards, and user surveys.
• One to two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams in a Health and Human Service setting.
• Portfolio link must be shared.

Skills

Desirable:

• Seven or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Two to five years of experience with user research, user modeling, and usability testing.
• Two to five years of experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
