UX Designer IV

What's the Job?

Design end-to-end user experiences for internal AI-powered dashboards used by over 100 users. Create interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and automated workflow tools. Develop and maintain a shared component and design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces. Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes for new tool concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders to refine designs.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture, with a portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification.
• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently within an engineering-heavy environment.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and shared component libraries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
