UX Designer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior UX Designer to join a growing User Experience team. This individual contributor role is ideal for a designer who excels at navigating ambiguity, independently driving design initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

Top Must Have Skills

• 6-10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products
• Experience designing for desktop, mobile web, and native mobile applications
• At least 1 year of UX design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern UX design tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Ability to independently lead design initiatives and own projects from discovery through delivery
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Additional Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools or workflows to support design, research, ideation, or problem-solving
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders across varying levels and disciplines
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers
• Basic technical knowledge and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• UX Design Expertise and Execution
• Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives
• Lead product design efforts from discovery and concept development through final delivery
• Create experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms
• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process
• Independently drive design exploration, identify problems, and propose effective solutions
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, proactively managing challenges and driving progress
• Ensure design quality and consistency while adhering to established design systems, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to the evolution of design patterns and user experience approaches when appropriate

• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams through effective communication and collaboration
• Foster shared understanding, accountability, and alignment among stakeholders
