UX Designer
What You'll Do
- Lead UX design for priority projects from discovery through engineering handoff
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Build multiple design options to support A/B testing and conversion funnel improvements
- Work within and contribute to the existing Design System for consistency across platforms
- Conduct research using web analytics, Baymard, and usability findings to inform design decisions
- Translate research into actionable insights and design strategies tied to business impact
- Partner with Analytics to leverage behavioral data including Heap, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points
- Collaborate with Senior Digital Designer, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and iterate quickly
- Produce detailed design documentation including edge cases, redlines, and interaction specs for seamless dev handoff
- Present data-backed design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Support QA and UAT to ensure designs are implemented as intended
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of UX or product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work
- Proficiency in Figma required
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer brands highly preferred
- Strong understanding of user research methods and experimentation frameworks
- Experience designing mobile-first experiences and working in Agile sprint environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable UX outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, and engagement metrics
