UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to design human-centered experiences for AIG's Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens.

Responsibilities

• Design human-centered experiences for AIG's Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points, and adoption considerations across business lines.
• Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption.
• Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders.
• Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks.

Requirements

• 6 - 15 years of experience in UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems.
• Knowledge of conversational UX, AI explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust-centered interface design.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
