We’re seeking a UX Designer to create compelling, user-centered digital experiences that support brand and marketing initiatives across key customer journeys. In this role, you’ll help shape scalable, production-ready designs that balance visual storytelling, usability, accessibility, and consistency within an established design system. Responsibilities Design engaging digital experiences across key user journeys and touchpoints.Translate brand principles into intuitive, polished user experiences that align with business goals.Create campaign and marketing-focused designs that connect seamlessly with the broader website experience.Apply reusable components, templates, and patterns to maintain consistency and reduce one-off solutions.Identify opportunities to improve visual and interaction patterns and contribute ideas to strengthen the design system.Develop implementation-ready designs with responsive states, interaction details, and edge cases clearly defined.Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to support accurate execution.Communicate design decisions, rationale, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and design leadership.Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or a related field.3–5+ years of experience designing digital products or experiences with strong visual and interaction design skills.Strong foundation in user-centered design, UX best practices, and visual design principles.Experience designing brand-driven, campaign, or storytelling experiences across digital channels.Hands-on experience working within component-based design systems.Ability to structure content and storytelling in ways that support user goals and business outcomes.Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar component-based content management systems.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.A portfolio or case studies demonstrating relevant experience is required. Preferred Skills Experience working independently in evolving or ambiguous environments.Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.Experience designing for financial services or other regulated industries.Background creating complex, multi-step user journeys that support research, evaluation, and decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to complex design challenges.
