Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems
- Knowledge of conversational UX, AI explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust-centered interface design
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design human-centered experiences for AIG's Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points, and adoption considerations across business lines
- Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption
- Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation
- Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders
- Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks
