About PrecisionLender

PrecisionLender is Q2's relationship pricing and profitability platform trusted by commercial banks and financial institutions to win better deals, grow profitable relationships, and make smarter decisions at the point of negotiation. Our platform combines real-time pricing intelligence, market benchmarking, and AI-assisted guidance to help bankers structure deals that are good for their customers and good for their institution.

What You'll Do Here

As a Product Designer, you'll be part of the Product team, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and product owners. You'll use your expert knowledge of design and user research to find meaningful ways to improve our product and processes. You'll be empowered to listen to our clients' needs and act on them.

• Own the end-to-end user experience, including wireframing, feature definition, designing mockups, usability testing, user research, and advocating for a high-quality, accessible product
• Design for commercial bankers, relationship managers, administrators, and banking leadership — professionals who work in high-stakes, fast-moving environments where every workflow decision has real business impact
• Understand the world of commercial banking, constraints, and what it means to win a deal
• Shape the direction of the design team — providing meaningful feedback on designs, thinking about the future of design at Q2, collaborating across the product organization, and contributing to strategy, goals, and roadmap conversations

• Driven and persistent — you find ways to make processes better, and then you make it happen
