- Collaborate with the product team to prioritize UX improvements alongside broader product goals.
- Establish and iterate on design patterns that promote consistency and ease of use throughout the product.
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously refine the experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements to complex product interfaces.
- Deep expertise in interaction design and flow optimization, with a proven ability to simplify complicated workflows.
- Strong proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and the ability to produce high-quality, developer-ready specs.
- Experience working directly alongside engineers in an agile environment, including hands-on involvement in implementation.
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and systematically address UX problems using both qualitative feedback and product intuition.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where speed of execution and adaptability are essential.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
