About the role
Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in user research activities, including persona development, heuristic evaluations, usability reviews, and competitive analysis.
- Create and iterate on UX deliverables such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Extend and apply the design system using reusable components and brand standards to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align on goals and strategies.
- Communicate design rationale clearly in reviews and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience designing responsive web and mobile applications, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, with familiarity in AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
Pay
Competitive annual salary ($98,300 - $147,500) plus potential for additional compensation.
