About the role
The UX Designer shapes end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, turning complex workflows, platform capabilities, and user needs into clear, usable interfaces. The role covers discovery, interaction design, prototyping, visual systems, and production handoff across customer-facing and internal product surfaces. You will partner with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and data analysts to define problems, validate solutions, and improve experiences through measured iteration. This role matters because strong design reduces friction in critical workflows, increases product adoption, and gives users confidence in the technology they rely on.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for responsive web and mobile experiences
- Translate research findings, product requirements, analytics, and support insights into prioritized design opportunities and testable hypotheses
- Create and extend reusable components within a shared design system, documenting interaction patterns, accessibility guidance, and usage standards
- Plan and facilitate usability studies, moderated interviews, and concept tests in partnership with UX researchers
- Collaborate with engineers during implementation, providing detailed specifications, edge-case behavior, responsive states, and production-ready assets
- Use tools such as FigJam, Maze, UserTesting, Amplitude, or FullStory to validate designs and identify usability and funnel improvements
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs to product and engineering stakeholders, incorporating feedback while protecting user and business outcomes
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience designing digital products, preferably SaaS, developer tools, enterprise platforms, or other technically complex products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including problem framing, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and shipped outcomes
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, libraries, and design-system workflows
- Working knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, information architecture, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Experience partnering closely with product managers and engineers through discovery, design reviews, implementation, QA, and post-launch iteration
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, balance user needs with technical constraints, and work effectively in a distributed team
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
- Bonus: experience with analytics platforms, enterprise workflows, design tokens, WCAG compliance, or mobile app design
