UX Designer

Client will prioritize candidates who can come on-site 2 days per week (including Wednesdays) in Corte Madera.

About the role

• Primary need is to support QA for the UX team
• Taking lead from team on competitive research, building out web and mobile wireframes in Figma, applying design edits, and ensuring designs meet specs for execution
• Spending ~15% of time on visual designs
• Helping map ecommerce user journeys from ideation to final execution
• Developing content-focused, cohesive designs with easy-to-navigate functionality
• Parsing Components in Figma for streamlining updates; one change in one place so updates everywhere
• Maximizing efficiencies and developing files in Figma
• Tracking feedback for projects, ensuring it's addressed in a timely manner, and working in tandem with PM
• Working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities consistently evolve and are reestablished weekly

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This role is onsite and requires close collaboration with other individuals in a team environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of creating B2C UX/UI designs in Figma from ideation to final execution within an agile environment for a world-class brand
• Portfolio must include organized products from start to finish, demonstrating wireframing, UX/UI processes, and explicitly highlighting specific contributions in past work
• Understanding of how product affects the customer’s/client’s entire journey and experience
• Luxury experience is a major plus
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1B, TN, or O visa)
• Must be physically located in and perform the work in the United States

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
