UX Design Associate

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences using Figma or similar design tools.
• Work within established design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Support user research activities, including gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing findings.
• Translate user insights and research outcomes into actionable product improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate design concepts, decisions, and recommendations effectively.
• Support accessibility and usability best practices, including WCAG and Section 508 standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and user-centered design thinking.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Experience with or interest in AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Top Must-Haves
