Responsibilities

• Provide spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware to our guests.
• Keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for the line cooks.
• Quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort, and deliver clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room.
• Assist serving staff with setting tables and work station areas, and clear tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Perform kitchen activities such as ware-washing system setup and breakdown, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and preparing production.
• Aid serving staff in setting tables and work station areas, and clearing tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in the kitchen.

Pay

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential.

Schedule

Part-time position from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, every other weekend.
