Utility Technician

About the role
As a Pest Control Utility Technician, you will help create our customers’ experience and drive our well-established service standards. The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasm to provide genuine care to new customers while giving them peace of mind about the safety and comfort of their home and surroundings.
In this role, you will inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You'll follow a daily schedule of services while exemplifying excellent customer service and professionalism. Long hours of standing and lifting are required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and drive a company vehicle. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Responsibilities
- Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each account
- Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Continual exposure to outside weather conditions
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Frequently inspect and treat crawl space and attic areas of homes
