Utility Technician - (11PM - 7:30AM)

Cleaning Duties

• Removes trash and linens daily
• Conducts project cleaning of walls, light entrances, common areas, windows, vents, and sidewalks
• Transports soiled linen and various types of waste
• Maintains personal protective equipment
• Maintains equipment and works areas in clean, safe condition
• Climbs and works on ladders

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand instructions in English
• Knowledge of environmental services equipment and chemicals
• Basic computer skills including mouse and keyboard usage
• Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in clean, safe condition
• Ability to climb and work on ladders
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of custodial work experience in a commercial setting

$15.31 - $24.49 per hour
