Responsibilities
- Participate in delivery of project services to meet client expectations, including project management activities to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
- Market and deliver services to existing and potential clients.
- Lead project teams and deliver designs for pipelines and pump stations.
- Lead project teams and deliver master plans for wastewater collection and water distribution systems.
- Schedule, assign, and review work of project team members.
Requirements
- Project management experience with the delivery of master plans for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
- Must be able to coordinate the work of team members and provide direction to advance the overall project goals.
- Must have an interest in business development and client relationships.
- Must have excellent communications, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent writing skills.
- Must be actively engaged in professional and industry organizations such as Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association and Rocky Mountain Section of American Water Works Association.
- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.
- An ability to work with and mentor junior staff is preferred.
- Knowledge of GIS platforms such as Esri.
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software platforms from Innovyze, Bentley, and AquaTwin.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience inclusive of a minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
Skills
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required
- Demonstrated leadership skills

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Colorado: $128,128.00 - $183,040.00
