Job details Salary: $10 – $12 an hour Job Type: Part-time Number of hires for this role: On-going need to fill this role Full Job Description SEEKING PART-TIME UTILITY PERSONNEL Old Farm Winery is seeking friendly, hard working, customer service individuals who will be responsible for greeting guests, stocking food and wine, bussing, and the overall appearance of the Winery. Utility Associates must be positive, engaging, confident and excited to enhance the experience of our guests. Our guests are treated like family, so customer service skills are essential. Greet visitors and explain policies.Have knowledge of the history of Old Farm Winery and our productsPromote interest in and excitement for Old Farm Winery Wine Clubs.Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the wine bar and Old Farm Winery CampusAnswer any and all customer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.Complete opening and closing procedures as directed by the manager on dutyAdhere to all policies, procedures and governmental regulations.Stock wines and foodsClear trash and recyclingSet up and break down event spacesHelp fulfill ordersClean and clear tablesParticipate in special assignments and projects as requiredAdhere to dress code guidelines by maintaining a professional, presentable, and personable appearance. Job Requirements Must be at least 16 years old.Must be able to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shiftsHave the ability lift at least 50 pounds (case of wine), stocking as necessaryMust be enthusiastic with great energy..Must have a warm, approachable demeanor with a great sense of humor.Evening and weekend shifts required; holiday shifts possibleWillingness to challenge self to learnMust be able to follow multi-step directions. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift. Day shift.
