Working under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works Department, the Utility Person performs a variety of semi-skilled jobs, primarily in construction, road work, and repair.
Responsibilities
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Painting
- Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work on public buildings, facilities, and equipment
- General repair work
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in skilled or semi-skilled work (preferred)
- Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Individuals with CDL or Hoisting Licenses receive an additional \$2.00 per hour
Pay
\$846.20/week to \$886.21/week
Schedule
40.0 hours per week
