As a Full-Time Production Associate you will contribute to the production of nutritious products distributed across North America, working alongside a diverse team that values Trust, Serving, Simplicity, and Safety. The position is based at the Ardent Mills production facility in Hastings, MN (2005 South Vermillion Street, Hastings MN, 55033).

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operators: ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operation and sanitation duties to maintain food safety; tasks include receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation, and distributing raw materials and finished products.
• Pack Operators: operate pack equipment, process and pack products, perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety and compliance within the pack department to support production.

• Physical requirements: ability to ascend/descend stairs multiple times per day; climb ladders, steps, extensions; lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force; frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at shoulder level and below; perform physical duties including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely (with or without reasonable accommodation); work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) using PPE including dust mask; work in elevated areas (4 feet and above); must be clean‑shaven when respiratory protection is required.

Pay

Hourly rate: $29.07 USD.
