We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success in roles such as Utility Operators, who maintain and operate utility systems, perform sanitation duties, and ensure food safety compliance to support plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate various utility systems and equipment essential for production processes.
• Perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of plant operations while complying with food safety standards.
• Support team members in achieving production goals.
• Work in various areas of the plant, rotating through positions and shifts as needed.
• Prioritize safety and take pride in your work.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Ability to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day.
• Climb ladders, steps, and extensions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force.
• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend, stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at or below shoulder level.
• Perform physical job duties including bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a dust mask.
• Work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Must be clean-shaven to ensure proper seal for respiratory protection (e.g., N-95 dust mask) where required.

Competitive hourly wage starting at $26.82 USD.
