Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work.
- Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform preheater tower cleaning including the use of Cardox.
- Operates various heavy equipment.
- Train other operators, and participate in team meetings.
- Work rotating shift schedule; weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Required Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Additional Education: Associates/Technical Degree preferred
- Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Travel Requirements: Minimal
- Additional Requirements:
- 5-10 years of industrial experience preferred.
- A good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process is preferred.
- High degree of safety awareness.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
