Utility Locate Technician - $20 - $30/hr - Boise, Idaho

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working independently outdoors with your company-provided vehicle as your mobile office, you will complete a route of locate requests each day.
• Accurately, safely, and efficiently locate and mark underground utilities using marking paint, flags, and sometimes whiskers.
• Use your mobile work system to receive your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug, Motor Vehicle Record, and background check.
• Please note: This is a Safety-Sensitive DOT position that must comply with all Federal Department of Transportation regulations.
• The use of Marijuana remains a drug listed in Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act, and the use of marijuana (medical or recreational) is prohibited.
• High School Diploma or GED & at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
