Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds security checks
• Investigate security incidents and complete appropriate documentation
• Respond to crisis intervention, emergency preparedness, alarms, etc.
• Maintain sidewalks and building entrances (e.g., snow removal, spreading ice melt, trash removal)
• Perform tasks associated with the Durable Medical Equipment Program
• Remove all trash including hazardous waste
• Receive and deliver materials to appropriate locations
• Stock linen and remove soiled linen
• Prepare routine and special event setups
• Respond to maintenance and repair requests
• Perform routine preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English proficiently
• Ability to carry out instructions
• Compliance with Annual Flu Shot Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation
• Active driver’s license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism
