Part Time 3rd shift

About the role

Parkside Senior Living is seeking a Part‑time 3rd Shift Caregiver to grow into a Medication Aide. The role supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health, encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a positive customer service attitude: be approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
• Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
• Demonstrate consistent work attendance as scheduled and address work‑related problems with the proper individuals.
• Use communication skills that include careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Present with a neat, clean appearance.
• Participate in designated facility in‑services.
• Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Schedule

Part‑time, 3rd shift.
