Responsibilities
- Administering, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform.
- Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions; creating and maintaining documentation and procedures.
- Sustaining integration of enterprise systems, cloud services, and databases to enable seamless data exchange and process automation.
- Contributing to application development using modern frameworks such as .NET and web technologies (e.g., React) or similar.
- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.
- Providing technical support at an escalated level and collaborating with commercial IT solution providers for issue resolution, system upgrades, licensing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
- Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II: Two (2) years of full-time experience in application or systems programming.
- Specified positions may require possession of a valid Nevada Class C driver's license at time of appointment.
Skills
- Experience administering and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Online environments, including managing site collections, configuring document libraries, and controlling user access and permissions.
- Experience managing SharePoint search configuration, indexing, and content discoverability.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to support and automate business processes.
- Experience administering SharePoint Online for Site Provisioning, Retention Labels, Security and Governance.
- Experience migrating content from legacy systems or on-premises SharePoint to Microsoft SharePoint Online.
- Experience working with software vendors and service providers to resolve issues, manage upgrades, and support implementations.
- Experience gathering and analyzing user requirements for software solutions and creating or maintaining technical documentation to support those solutions.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience writing detailed technical documentation and procedures.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services, and automating business processes.
Pay
- Utility Enterprise Systems Developer I: $37.93 - $54.99 Hourly
- Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II: $41.72 - $60.49 Hourly
Schedule
- Flex position with potential for promotion to Utility Enterprise Systems Developer II upon successful completion of training program and meeting higher-level qualifications.
