Utility/Dishwasher

About the role

Innisfree Hotels is an inclusive workplace that fosters a culture of care where employees genuinely matter, and their voices are heard. We are currently seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our team at the Holiday Inn Resort FWB.

Responsibilities

• Remove soiled plates and flatware from tables and wash them thoroughly.
• Restock items and unload delivery trucks.
• Help prepare cook stations and clean appliances and machines.
• Clean trash receptacles and undertake basic cooking duties.
• Prepare simple dishes and set up workstations and ingredients.
• Ensure food and other items are stored properly and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Complete necessary food and station preparation before the restaurant opens.
• Prepare and display buffet food items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a clean and healthy working area and adhere to all sanitary practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of dishwashing or kitchen experience, with hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions and read/write in English.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of operating software.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Team player attitude.
