Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supplies administrative support services to the Maintenance staff and assumes the role as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.
  • Performs routine office or clerical support tasks according to well-established procedures.
  • Composes routine correspondence, prepares routine reports, schedules meetings or appointments, screens and directs incoming calls, provides information, maintains files, or transcribes dictation.
  • Prepares documents using Microsoft applications; formats, proofs, edits for errors.
  • Aid Project Supervisor on the data entry of the inventory tracking database.
  • Affirm regular visits to all ITS storage locations under this Contract; Monitor stock level at all storage locations Ensure all storage locations are well kept and organized.
  • Support the Contractor’s Project Manager, Lead Operations Supervisor and technicians with inventory and warehouse duties including but not limited to spare parts inventory, MIMS ID/barcode assignment, parts procurement, parts tracking and replenishing, Return Material/Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processing.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Department.

Experience Required

  • Two (2) years of experience in a position of similar requirements or equivalents.
  • Understanding of office principles.
  • Good interpersonal and telephone skills.
  • Communicate in English clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • High level of skill in the use of all Windows based applications.
  • Ability to write meeting minutes and file all materials based on ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ability to coordinate real time activities and priorities.
  • Proficiency of all office-related equipment.

Education Required

  • A high school diploma from an accredited high school.
  • Technical coursework in related fields is preferred.
