Utility - Coffee Mate

About the role

As a key member of the Utility team at Coffee Mate Nestlé, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's energy and water systems to ensure efficient operations and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate utility systems including water, steam, and compressed air.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex utility issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in utility management or engineering.
• Proficiency in using utility monitoring and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with HVAC systems a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
