Utility Clerk- Cosentino's Price Chopper store 319- Smithville MO

Responsibilities

• Aid in efficient and accurate bagging of groceries.
• Provide exceptional customer service: greeting customers, taking note of their preferences, and offering assistance to their vehicle.
• Adhere to Cosentino's Customer Service Standards or Red-Carpet Service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the sales floor, breakroom, check stands, and restrooms.
• Retrieve and ensure carts are clean and operational for customers.
• Support the company by completing additional tasks as directed, assisting other stores or departments as needed, and acquiring new skills when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Consult with a member of store management if unsure how to handle an issue confidently.
• Comply with Cosentino's rules regarding alcohol and tobacco sales and handling of these items.
• Effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
