Utility Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning.
• Utilize additional floorcare cleaning equipment such as buffers.
• Clean interior and exterior window, glass partitions, and mirrors using chemicals, sponges, and squeegees.
• Safely operate lift equipment to clean higher level surfaces.
• Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.
• Experience with window cleaning.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experienced with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience, 1 year of similar work experience.

About the Role

The Utility Cleaner is responsible for facility maintenance including floorcare, window cleaning, and varying facility maintenance projects within the complex.
