Quinn Company, your local Caterpillar dealership, is seeking a motivated Utility team member to join their growing Cat Rental Store in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental yard, shop, and facility.
• Aid customers and employees with loading and unloading rental equipment.
• Check equipment in and out while verifying its operating condition.
• Clean rental equipment using wash racks, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
• Safely operate forklifts, material handling equipment, cranes, and company vehicles.
• Transport materials and equipment throughout the facility.
• Support technicians with basic equipment preparation and repair tasks.
• Communicate new equipment arrivals and assist with equipment identification.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and assisting customers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift or equipment operating experience are a plus but not required.

Pay

The Utility's starting wage will depend on experience and education. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour.
