Job Description

Gain and maintain proficiency in Aseptic Kitting, Batching, and Process Operations. Provide break relief, vacation coverage, and staffing support across all assigned operational areas to ensure continuous production. Perform all duties associated with kitting, batching, and process operations in accordance with established procedures, production schedules, and quality standards. Gather, verify, stage, weigh, measure, and prepare materials and ingredients required for production. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot processing equipment while ensuring critical process parameters remain within specification. Complete all production, quality, inventory, and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow and comply with all safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, and quality requirements. Identify, communicate, and escalate equipment, process, safety, or quality concerns as appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment. Support production goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence efforts. Adapt to changing business needs by rotating between functional areas and shifts as required. Collaborate effectively with operators, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments to support safe and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and aseptic practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to read and interpret SOPs, technical documents, and production reports.
• Able to wear all required personal protective equipment in each position of work.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to product quality.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. Must be able to lift, pull, carry up to 50lbs.

$31.98/hr

M-F, 3rd shift, 10:45pm to 7am
