Overview

Capitol Lakes, Madison’s premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team. We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best service the Madison area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans using proper techniques and equipment.
• Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned and ready for distribution.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dishroom.
• Help prepare food items as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• A valid Food Handlers card is required.
• A ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

$17.50 - $20.00 / hr DOE
