Utility Associate Packaging- Washroom Weekend Shift

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Complete all sanitization and required documentation.
• Absorb all equipment logbooks up to date.
• Absorb all utensils are cleaned and washed after use.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Ensure production process flows smoothly, helping as needed on production line.
• Inventories all machine parts each month.
• Assists in serialization and filling operations as needed.
• Complies with all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, preventing cross contamination of products.
• Prioritize cleaning equipment, machine parts as directed by packaging supervisor.
• Knowledge of disassembling and assembling fillers at each line.
• Assembles and disassembles packaging pumps used at packaging lines.
• Operates and maintains CUDA parts washer.
• Performs all duties requested by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift approximately 50-80 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Work in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility, wearing lab coats, hairnets, beard guards in the production area.
