Utility Associate Packaging- Washroom 3rd Shift 11:00 P.M. -07:30 A.M.

Responsibilities

• Complete all sanitization and required documentation.
• Assist in keeping all equipment logbooks up to date.
• Assure all utensils are cleaned and washed after use.
• Keep area neat and orderly.
• Ensure production process flows smoothly, helping as needed on production line.
• Inventory all machine parts each month.
• Assist in serialization and filling operations as needed.
• Comply with all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, preventing cross contamination of products.
• Prioritize cleaning equipment, machine parts as directed by packaging supervisor.
• Knowledge of disassembling and assembling fillers at each line.
• Operate and maintain CUDA parts washer.
• Perform all duties requested by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift approximately 50-80 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Work in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facility, wearing lab coats, hairnets, beard guards in the production area.

Our Utility Washroom Associate will assist in all activities associated with the packaging of products, machine break downs, machine set ups and parts washing. To ensure production assignments are met in a timely manner.
