Manufacturing Associate Packaging (3rd shift, 12:00a to 8:30a)

A supportive role that follows the lead of Packaging Specialists during batch packaging and closing, inspects finished product, performs in-process checks, and documents findings in batch records. Notifies supervisors of any product that fails specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a cGMP-compliant work area.
• Follows all SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Documents all required information to ensure compliance.
• Performs in-process checks efficiently.
• Supports packaging operators during batch opening and closing.
• Places finished product into cartons and seals them.
• Assists with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Follows all DEA requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handles other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred for future advancement within Aquestive.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Effective oral and written communication abilities.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment requiring significant attention to detail, high accuracy, and integrity to ensure product safety and efficacy.
• Willingness to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong attention to detail for effective inspection.
• Proactive mindset; comfortable raising concerns about inspection results.
• Ability to take specific direction with no room for error.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across teams, functions, and shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
