Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
  • Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
  • Demonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
  • Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
  • Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
  • Maintains inventory levels and restocks supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Ensures correct labeling, bottle description, and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
  • Moves finished goods to designated area.
  • Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
  • Immediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects, and quality issues when found.
  • Maintains conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
  • Pick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins.
  • Placed discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable.
  • Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
  • Operates packaging equipment.
  • Loads, moves material, and operates packaging equipment.
  • Follows Good Manufacturing Practices.

Qualifications

  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Basic computer experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire date.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently stands, walks, uses hands to grasp, handle, or feel, reaches out, over and below with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls.
  • Frequently lifts, pushes, pulls, and/or moves up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment

  • Moving mechanical parts in a production environment.
  • Loud noise level in the work environment.
  • Fluctuating temperatures inside the plant according to seasonal changes.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in the production department and other designated areas.
