Utilities Operator - Manufacturing

Role: Utility Operator Responsibilities: Operate and monitor plant utility systems including steam, water, air, and refrigeration to ensure safe and efficient food production. Perform inspections, basic troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments while adhering to safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Reliable with strong attention to safety and quality standards. Ability to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Knowledge of utility systems and plant operations is preferred.
