Core Responsibilities
- Safety, quality and consumer focus – All work, activities and actions in the site are expected to be completed safely, and with a high level of quality and customer focus.
- Material preparation, movement, delivery and inspection
- Waste stream and recycling support
- Machine support through housekeeping, 5S, startup preparations, manual stacking and loading
- All other duties assigned to support machine effectiveness and efficiency
Key Qualifications
- Consistent work experience
- Ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Organization and communication skills across multiple teams
- Able to self-direct and work unsupervised
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years of continuous work experience
- Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Pass a post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

Starting Hourly Wage
$21.91USD
Location
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation support for this role.
Total Rewards Package
This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
