Responsibilities
- Organize and mobilize workers to build collective power
- Develop and execute campaigns that advance worker rights and economic justice
- Engage with members to identify issues and build leadership within the union
- Coordinate with staff and allies to execute strategic campaigns
- Ensure compliance with union policies and procedures
