User Experience (UX) Designer, Sr.
About The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences for high school coaches, athletes, and their teams. You will lead the design of products that facilitate effective team management, video analysis, recruiting, and other sports-related activities. Your work will directly influence how organizations operate and compete, helping them train smarter, compete harder, and grow stronger together.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in product design, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Product, and Quality Assurance
- Strong problem-solving skills with a holistic approach to design challenges
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- A robust portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise across various projects
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points beyond initial feedback
- Translate research findings into compelling design concepts and strategies that align with customer and business goals
- Create and communicate visual and verbal storytelling to articulate design ideas clearly to stakeholders
- Define and refine user personas, journey maps, and workflows to inform product development
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to define requirements and ensure seamless implementation
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction
- Advocate for design quality, consistency, and adherence to accessibility standards throughout the development process
- Manage the end-to-end design process from ideation to delivery, including prototyping and user testing
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions post-launch to inform future iterations
