User Experience Designer

This opportunity is ideal for established UI/UX design agencies and dedicated designers seeking a long-term partnership with a digital development team specializing in cross-platform web and mobile solutions. The role focuses on collaborating with a technical team to deliver seamless user experiences for iOS, Android, and web applications, leveraging expertise in Flutter, backend infrastructure, and AI integrations. Partners will work on diverse projects requiring end-to-end design and development, with project management and payments facilitated through Twine. This partnership is suited for those looking to expand their service offerings and collaborate on innovative, high-impact digital products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Experience working with or alongside development teams, particularly in cross-platform environments (Flutter experience is a plus)
• Ability to translate client requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently
• Familiarity with backend infrastructure, AI integrations, and app deployment processes is advantageous
• Agencies and individual designers welcome; must be able to commit to ongoing, milestone-based projects
• Availability for remote collaboration and timely project delivery
