User Experience Designer

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + benefits

About the role

We are hiring a UX Designer to shape digital experiences across web, membership, e-commerce, email, and other platforms. You’ll own core user journeys, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, evolve design systems, collaborate closely with engineering, and occasionally implement front-end changes yourself. The role blends UX strategy, visual design, brand execution, research, and hands-on web development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) and A/B testing

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI or digital design experience
• Advanced Figma and design-system experience
• Strong interaction, visual, and responsive design skills
• Experience with JavaScript or modern front-end frameworks
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or A/B testing
• Experience working with cultural institutions or arts organizations (a plus)
